All applications submitted are scored in three ways. The primary score is Investor’s custom application scorecard and the secondary score is one of the credit bureau scores (Equifax, Experian or Trans Union). Meeting our minimum credit score does not guarantee approval. If a Co-Applicant is needed for income, an average of the primary applicant’s and co-applicant’s score is used.
- Maximum 31% Housing Ratio and 45% overall Debt to Income Ratio.
- 5 points maximum charge (2 points to Equity Development / 3 points to Investor) Equity will share in its 2 points with Licensed Brokers.
- Doc Prep Fee for chattel loans equal $175. No doc prep fee is charged on L/H loans.
